• This competition is only open to rugby clubs in the UK.

• This competition is run in partnership with the Rugby Journal, Rhino Rugby and The Food Heroes / Koffmann’s Potatoes for Chefs.

• There is only one overall winner who receives both prizes.

• This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

• Prizes are awarded as above and no cash alternatives are given. Depending on availability some items of the prize may be substituted for similar products at the discretion of the competition organiser.

• The closing date for the competition is 23:59 on 31.03.26. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• Based on estimated seasonal usage (e.g. 5,000 attendees, 170g avg portion/person)

3. 50% Discount Clubs

• 50% off recommended wholesale price

• Capped at 50 cases per club

• Full case orders only

4. Marketing Activation Requirement

To qualify for the promotional pricing and prize allocation, clubs must:

• Display agreed point-of-sale (POS) materials on match days

• Provide reasonable brand visibility within clubhouse / food service areas

• Participate in agreed social media support (e.g. minimum 1–2 posts during the season)

• Allow use of club name and imagery for promotional purposes

5. Ordering & Distribution

• All orders must go through an approved regional wholesale partner. 

• Clubs must be registered and validated via TFH and referred to supporting wholesaler

• Subject to stock availability and wholesaler terms
